The short session:

1. Jumping Jacks - Do as many as you weight in lbs.

2. Squats - Do as many as you weight in kg.

3. Push ups - Do as many as you weight in st.

4. Jog on the spot - Do that double what you weight in lbs.

5. Punches - Do as many as you weight in kg for each arm.

6. Kicks - Do as many as you weight in st for each leg.
