Exercise at the moment-
The short session:
- What’s your highest weight? Do that many jumping jacks.
- What’s your current weight? Do that many crunches.
- Your ultimate goal weight? Jog in place for (your ugw) seconds
- How many pounds do you have until you get to your ugw? Do that many leg lifts
1. Jumping Jacks - Do as many as you weight in lbs. 2. Squats - Do as many as you weight in kg. 3. Push ups - Do as many as you weight in st. 4. Jog on the spot - Do that double what you weight in lbs. 5. Punches - Do as many as you weight in kg for each arm. 6. Kicks - Do as many as you weight in st for each leg.
